Global Pacific Support is working with one of its partners to hire an experienced
Towing Dispatcher.
If you have hands-on experience dispatching for
U.S.-based towing companies, are proficient with
Towbook, and have experience coordinating with law enforcement for towing operations, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch towing and roadside assistance calls using Towbook
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely service
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and law enforcement
- Monitor job status and provide real-time updates
- Coordinate with law enforcement for accident scenes and police-initiated towing
- Prioritize calls and manage multiple dispatch requests efficiently
Requirements

- Proven experience as a dispatcher for a U.S.-based towing company
- Strong working knowledge of Towbook
- Experience handling police towing, accident calls, and law enforcement coordination
- Familiarity with coordinating with police units on standby when required for towing operations
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (for remote positions)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with roadside assistance and accident management
- Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of U.S. geography and dispatch procedures
