We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic corporate General Manager who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our company.
As a General Manager - you are responsible to implement all sales and relationships activities and maximize business opportunities in your of responsibility.
The role involves implementing and executing all sales action plans in coordination with the Director of Sales and will include kev responsibilities such as:
Generate and maintain customers of the travel trade segment through various sales activities like face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, etc.
Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets
Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate travel trade contracts with operators or agents for transient and group business in connection with respective properties
Promote and produce sales leads for Alia travel within its respective areas
Establish and maintain files of major accounts and assist in maintaining the accounts management system
Maintain close communication with the operation management team in the negotiation process of their accounts
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should be holding a degree in business or tourism & and minimum 5 years post graduate work experiences, ideally within the travel agency industry. You must be a computer literate with excellent presentation skills and highly sophisticated communication skills, written and oral with proficiency in English is essential and any other language skills beside will be an asset.
