At Mega Prime Foods, we believe our people are our greatest investment. We're looking for a Total Rewards Specialist who will help shape competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that support business growth while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Working closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders, you'll provide data-driven insights, manage compensation and benefits processes, and help build reward programs that recognize performance and enhance the employee experience.
What you'll do:
- Administer and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across the organization.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Perform job evaluations and support the development and maintenance of salary structures and grading systems.
- Analyze compensation, payroll, and workforce data to provide recommendations for business and HR leaders.
- Partner with Finance during budgeting, annual salary reviews, incentive planning, and manpower cost analysis.
- Manage benefits administration, government-mandated programs, and employee reward initiatives.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using advanced Excel and HR data analytics.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and Total Rewards governance.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Payroll, Finance, or related HR functions.
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or other quantitative background is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret compensation and financial data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, dashboards, and data analysis).
- Experience conducting salary benchmarking, job evaluation, budgeting, or workforce cost analysis is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and presenting data-driven recommendations.
