The Total Rewards Manager will serve as a strategic partner in developing data-driven workforce programs that strengthen employee retention and organizational sustainability. He/she will focus on workforce analytics, governance frameworks, employee experience, and inclusive recognition systems.
Total Rewards Strategy and Organizational Alignment
- Help develop and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with the hospital's mission, clinical priorities, workforce strategy, and long-term sustainability goals.
- Lead strategic initiatives that enhance overall employee value proposition beyond monetary rewards.
- Ensure rewards-related programs support talent attraction, engagement, retention, and succession planning within a healthcare environment.
Policy Governance and Program Framework Development
- Establish and prepare governance frameworks, policies, and guidelines related to total rewards programs.
- Ensure rewards-related initiatives are compliant with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Develop structured communication strategies to ensure clarity, transparency, and understanding of total rewards programs.
- Standardize documentation and implementation protocols across departments and hospital units.
Market and Total Rewards Trend Monitoring
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking studies on reward practices and workforce engagement strategies within the healthcare industry.
- Monitor labor market shifts, generational workforce trends, and industry innovations affecting hospital workforce management.
Analytics and Strategic Insights
- Analyze workforce data using predictive and prescriptive analytics to identify trends in engagement, retention, productivity, and workforce sustainability.
- Conduct impact assessments to support evidence-based HR strategy development.
- Translate data findings into strategic recommendations that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor workforce outcomes and inform executive decision-making.
Employee Experience Programs
- Design and oversee recognition and work experience programs that enhance employee experience and institutional culture.
- Support organizational change initiatives by aligning total rewards programs with cultural transformation and patient-care excellence objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce sustainability and strategies.
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Preferably has at least five (5) years of work experience in related field.
