The Head of Total Rewards leads the strategy, design, and execution of the Bank's Total Rewards framework to attract, engage, and retain talent. The role ensures equitable and compelling rewards programs that drive performance, support employee well‑being, and contribute to organizational success. This position provides consultative support to senior stakeholders, manages the Total Rewards team, and ensures alignment with overarching talent strategies and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Formulates the Bank's Total Rewards philosophy and vision, ensuring alignment with talent strategies and business objectives
- Designs and implements innovative Total Rewards strategies with senior leaders to position the Bank as a talent leader
- Spearheads the design and development of programs targeted toward employee financial well‑being
- Provides consultative support and deliberates decisions with senior stakeholders on compensation management
- Reviews benefits packages that meet employee profiles and organizational budget
- Manages the Total Rewards team by providing strategic direction, managing budget, and guiding objectives to align with organizational strategy
- Networks and engages with external benchmarking organizations and HR associations to stay current with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Master's in HR Management or Business Administration preferred
- 10–12 years of experience in Total Rewards/HR Strategy
- At least 5 years of leadership and people management experience
- Knowledge of Total Rewards principles, compensation structures, job evaluation
