Job Description

Develop and implement total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
Analyze market trends to ensure competitive positioning of rewards programs within the insurance industry.
Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership teams to align rewards with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all rewards-related activities.
Conduct regular benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain a fair and equitable pay structure.
Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits to both management and employees.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate total rewards strategies and outcomes effectively.
Continuously review and improve rewards programs to enhance employee experience and engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Total Rewards Consultant should have:

A strong background in compensation and benefits management, ideally within the insurance industry.
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and designing competitive rewards programs.
Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex total rewards challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
