Position Summary
- We are looking for an experienced HR consulting professional with a strong background in Total Rewards to join our growing consulting team.
- This role is suitable for experienced Consultants who can independently deliver high-quality project work, as well as Senior Consultants who are capable of leading project work-streams, managing clients relationships, facilitating workshops, supervising junior consultants, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Although Total Rewards is our core consulting offering, this role also provides opportunities to participate in broader Human Capital and Organization Transformation consulting projects across Southeast Asia.
What You Will Do:
Total Rewards Consulting
- Design and review Total Rewards strategies aligned with clients business objectives.
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and job architecture projects.
- Design grading structures, career frameworks, and salary structures.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation competitiveness assessments.
- Review incentive, performance management, and promotion frameworks.
- Support workforce planning through organization and role analysis.
Human Capital & Organization Consulting
- Depending on project requirements, you will also participate in consulting engagements involving but not limited to:
- Organization Design and Organization Development
- Leadership Development
- Talent Management
- Workforce Transformation
- HR Operating Model review
- HR Policy and Governance
- Change Management
- People Analytics
- HR Digital Transformation
- HR Strategy development
Project Delivery
- As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will:
- Analyze client challenges and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.
- Structure hypotheses and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Prepare high-quality reports and executive presentations.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and client discussions.
- Present recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Ensure consulting deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Senior Consultants will additionally:
- Build project storylines.
- Lead project work-streams.
- Manage day-to-day client communications.
- Allocate tasks and coordinate project team members.
- Review deliverables prepared by junior consultants.
- Ensure overall project quality and consistency.
- Support Project Managers and Partners in delivering successful engagements.
Business Development Support
- Support proposal development and client presentations.
- Contribute to thought leadership and HR solution development.
- Participate in client relationship development and business development activities where appropriate.
What We Are Looking For:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in either:
- HR Consulting within a consulting firm, or HR Centre of Excellence (CoE), Total Rewards, Organization Development, or HR Business Partner roles within multinational organizations.
