Job Description

Role Summary:

As a Total Rewards Associate, you will be expected to manage various aspects of employee leave applications and maintain the associated systems. Your responsibilities will also include processing personal loan applications, preparing necessary documentation for hospitalizations, and handling payment requests for medical expenses. Additionally, you will address employee inquiries related to health insurance and other benefits, update clearance databases for resigned employees, and oversee the reimbursement processes for medical claims and health bonuses.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Processes leave applications and maintain the leaves system
  • Processes SPP personal loan applications
  • Prepares charge letter/Letter of Authority (LOA) for accredited hospitals
  • Prepares payment request for hospital bills and professional fees, retainer clinic, and medical insurance premium
  • Files insurance claims in PhilCare Insurance for medical expenses of Partners and hospital expenses of staff
  • Handles employee queries and requests concerning statutory benefits
  • Updates clearance database to reflect resigned employees unused leave credits, for reimbursement and medical advances related to hospital expenses
  • Processes Partners and staff medical reimbursement and insurance
  • Handles releasing of medical reimbursement for insurance and medical allowance
  • Assist in Total Rewards activities and events

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or any equivalent course
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Must be able to work comfortably in a group or individually
  • Preferably with knowledge in using various HR systems and processes,
  • Preferably with knowledge in processing government mandated statutory requirements
  • Competent at handling multiple demands and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity and confidentiality in all matters
  • Displays initiative, creative thinking, and the ability to offer innovative ideas
  • Ability to assert own ideas and influence others, to gain support and commitment for shared accountabilities within projects
