We are looking for a Total Rewards Supervisor to oversee our compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs. This role manages compensation structures, benefits administration, and rewards systems across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company objectives, market practices, and regulatory requirements. The role also serves as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies on rewards-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Structure
- Administer compensation programs, policies, and guidelines, ensuring proper documentation and governance
- Generate reports and insights on compensation trends, salary movements, and workforce costs
- Support salary benchmarking and market studies, providing analysis and recommendations for workforce planning
Benefits Design & Administration
- Oversee company-provided and government-mandated benefits programs
- Manage relationships with HMO providers, insurance partners, and government agencies
- Ensure timely processing of benefit claims, enrollments, and inquiries, and monitor utilization for cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and lead wellness initiatives such as annual medical exams and vaccination drives
Rewards Systems & Lifecycle Management
- Manage rewards-related systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency
- Maintain and audit employee data within HRIS systems, partnering with PMD and Payroll on enhancements
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities, including benefit enrollment, activation, and final pay coordination
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on compensation, benefits, and rewards-related concerns
- Supervise and develop team members responsible for rewards administration and employee support services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or a related function
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and statutory compliance requirements
- Experience managing HMO, insurance, and other employee benefits programs
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate reports from both system and manual data records
