Total Rewards Analytics / People Analytics Consultant - HR Consulting (Management Consulting firm)

JOB SUMMARY:

As Total Rewards Analytics Consultant, you will be an HR data analyst working on human capital strategy related management consulting projects.

The ideal candidate is passionate for big data and analysis to provide insights to the business area in particular, human capital arena for our clients, covering a range of HR related topics. The ideal candidate is responsible for transforming clients HR strategy through data Descriptive Analysis to Predictive Analysis to eventually automate the organizational capability.

The primary area will be People / Human Capital Strategy projects for our clients organizational transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compile and analyze data related to business issues.
• Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion.
• Analyze and visualize the historical data to understand the fact.
• Identify the root-cause of the clients organizations from the past various data.
• Identify the likelihood of future outcomes based on historical data.
• Present your analysis to internal project teams or clients stakeholders in a project meeting setting.
• Make suggestion of future actions based on possible scenarios for the clients.
• Recommend what actions need to be taken for the clients based on identified statistical analysis.
• Assist to transform the clients through organizational digitalization by automating the process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Statistics or any other disciplines with one of leading universities.
• 3 to 5 years experience as a statistical analyst for any business area - such as, HR, marketing, consumer research, etc, or People Analytics, or HR related Consultant.
• Experience in People Analytics / HR Analytics / Data Analytics in HR area will be highly advantageous.
• Experience in Analytics in any business field such as Marketing Analytics or Sales Analytics and who is interested in HR strategy will be advantageous.
• Interest in HR digitalization / organizational transformation related topic will be highly welcome.
• Proficient in SQL and Power Query.
• Proficient in Data Visualization Software - Tableau, Power BI
