Job Summary:
The TM Senior Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Transport Management solutions to optimize logistics and transportation processes. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful system delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end TM implementations and enhancements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure and customize TM modules based on client needs
- Conduct testing, user training, and go-live support
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and business users)
- Prepare functional documentation and user guides
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Transport Management or related systems
- Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, and freight processes
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and user support
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP TM or other TM platforms
- Implementation and client-facing experience
- Knowledge of integration with ERP or supply chain systems
