To liaise with government agencies/employees/evaluators with respect to the application and processing of permits and licenses for each project.
To prepare the needed forms and attachments for filing with the concerned government agencies.
To monitor the required submissions/compliances of the assigned project, request the needed budget for the timely release of permits and licenses, and report the results to the Technical Services Manager.
To process title transfers for projects and individual buyers.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2-3 years of working experience as Liaison/Technical Admin or Technical Documentation or Technical Service from real estate company.
With good understanding of the permits/licenses application process
Has contact persons in various government agencies.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Good negotiation skills, analytical and time management skills.
