Job Summary:
The Title Processor is responsible in supporting the title search pipeline by handling contract intake, document retrieval, and workflow coordination. The role ensures accurate tracking, timely processing, and data integrity across all title-related activities.
Job Description:
• Processes incoming purchase contracts and retrieves required pre-title search documents.
• Orders and secures prior title insurance policies to compile complete pre-search packets.
• Logs and tracks all incoming orders in a centralized system (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Assigns and distributes workload to title abstractors based on priority and capacity.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records to ensure visibility of the production pipeline.
• Performs data validation to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Coordinates workflow updates and communicates status with internal teams.
• Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, documentation protocols, and turnaround timelines.
Qualifications:
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM (touch typing required).
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
• Shows the ability to manage high-volume tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Screening Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Real Estate, Information Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in real estate or title insurance and data processing, or title abstracting.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must have stable employment history.
