Key Responsibilites:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team to achieve KPIs and SLAs
• Monitor daily performance, productivity, and quality metrics
• Provide feedback, coaching, and regular performance reviews
• Handle escalations and support issue resolution
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support training initiatives
• Supervise a team of title closers who are working on Origination purchase, refinance, and home equity loan closing transactions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Supervisor (Contact Center, BFSI, or Mortgage processing preferred)
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS TITLE CLOSER.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience handling KPIs, SLAs, and team performance
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
