Join Our Team as a Time & Labor Management Specialist (UKG Ready)
Connext is seeking an experienced Time & Labor Management (TLM) Specialist to support a US-based client while working 100% from home. This role focuses on supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting UKG Ready systems, ensuring compliance with client policies and labor laws, and partnering with payroll and HR teams to optimize workflows, reporting, and system integrations.

What You'll Do:
- Configure, maintain, and support UKG Ready Time & Labor Management for accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on TLM processes including timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and leave management.
- Partner with payroll teams and clients to troubleshoot issues and optimize system usage.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Train and support internal teams and clients on UKG Ready features.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide workforce insights.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
- Handle incoming service requests via calls, emails, and chats related to TLM and payroll concerns.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in Time & Labor Management (TLM) with UKG Ready.
- Stable employment history.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Ready system setup, workflows, compliance rules, reporting, and payroll integration.
- Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience configuring UKG Ready or other TLM systems with California labor law requirements.
- Experience with other UKG modules or payroll service environments.
