We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to lead the creator and affiliate side of our TikTok Shop business. This role is responsible for recruiting creators, managing the creator pipeline, driving affiliate performance, and overseeing a small team that supports outreach and creator engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Creator Recruitment & Outreach
- Research and identify TikTok creators whose audiences align with our products and brand.
- Conduct daily outreach through TikTok, email, and other communication channels to recruit new creators and affiliates.
- Qualify creators based on engagement, audience quality, and content style.
- Maintain consistent communication with creators throughout the onboarding process.
Creator Onboarding & Sample Management
- Coordinate product sample requests from approval through shipment.
- Track sample deliveries and ensure creators receive products on time.
- Follow up with creators after delivery to encourage timely content creation.
- Resolve issues related to missing shipments or delayed content.
Creator Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with creators and affiliates.
- Regularly communicate with active creators to keep them engaged.
- Re-engage inactive creators through follow-up campaigns and personalized outreach.
- Address creator questions and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor creator activity, posting frequency, sales performance, and engagement.
- Identify underperforming creators and recommend improvement plans or replacement.
- Track the creator pipeline from initial outreach through activation and ongoing performance.
Process & Team Management
- Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 team members responsible for creator outreach and support.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and provide coaching.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for creator management.
- Ensure creator records and trackers remain accurate and up to date.
Reporting & Growth
- Maintain dashboards tracking:
- Active creators
- Outreach volume
- Sample requests
- Content posted
- GMV generated
- Creator conversion rates
- Prepare weekly performance reports for leadership.
- Recommend strategies to increase creator participation and TikTok Shop sales.
- Stay informed about TikTok Shop updates, creator incentives, and platform best practices.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing US clients TikTok Shop creators, affiliates, or influencer marketing programs.
- Experience recruiting and managing creators at scale.
- Experience using TikTok Shop Affiliate Center or similar creator management tools.
- Experience managing a team or supervising staff.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, and creator tracking systems.
- Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
