What You'll Do
We are hiring a TikTok Specialist to grow our affiliate and creator network, manage paid social, and run livestream selling end to end.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Grow and manage our private label's TikTok affiliate and creator network — recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management
- Plan, run, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns
- Own end-to-end livestream selling: planning, scheduling, host/creator coordination, on-the-day execution, and post-show performance review
- Monitor affiliate and livestream performance metrics, identifying opportunities to scale top performers
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, features, and algorithm shifts to keep Edamama's strategy current
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and/or livestream selling
- Experience managing or running TikTok Ads
- Strong coordination and communication skills — comfortable managing creators and live show logistics
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into action
- Bonus: experience in baby/parenting, beauty, or FMCG categories
