TikTok Shop GMV & Ads Consultant

SONELA Beauty is looking for an experienced TikTok Shop GMV & Ads Consultant to help scale our social commerce business.

We're looking for someone who understands how to turn content, creators, affiliates, and paid media into GMV.

What you'll own:

• TikTok Shop GMV growth strategy

• GMV Max campaign management and optimization

• Paid TikTok advertising and ROAS improvement

• Affiliate and creator performance strategy

• Identifying winning creator content and scaling it through ads

• Product, offer, bundle, and promotion strategy

• Weekly reporting across GMV, ROAS, CPA, conversion and creator performance

• Testing strategies to continuously improve revenue

Who we're looking for:

• Proven experience scaling TikTok Shop brands

• Strong hands-on experience with GMV Max and TikTok Ads Manager

• Beauty, skincare, fashion or consumer brand experience preferred

• Highly analytical and revenue focused

• Able to show examples of accounts you've scaled and measurable GMV results

This is a consultant/contract role with the opportunity to grow alongside SONELA Beauty.
