TikTok Shop Creator Growth Strategist Job Description
Signalytics is seeking a highly proactive and relationship-driven TikTok Shop Creator Growth Strategist to build, activate, and scale our TikTok creator network across multiple brands. This role is responsible for managing creator relationships end-to-end — from daily communication and engagement to guiding content quality and coordinating product campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced social commerce environments, understands viral content mechanics, and knows how to get the best out of creators through trust, strategy, and consistent follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with TikTok creators across multiple communication channels including WhatsApp, Discord, TikTok, and email.
- Maintain consistent daily communication and follow-ups to increase creator posting frequency and deepen collaboration.
- Keep creators engaged, active, and motivated to sustain long-term participation and performance.
Creator Growth & Activation:
- Encourage creators on product selling points, key messaging, and viral content angles to improve content effectiveness.
- Share high-performing video references, case studies, and proven high-converting scripts to guide content creation.
- Encourage and activate creators to participate in new product launches, campaigns, and upcoming TikTok Shop initiatives.
- Provide ongoing guidance to help creators produce higher-performing TikTok Shop content and improve engagement and conversion.
Creator Community Operations & Campaign Execution:
- Manage creator communities and oversee group communications to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Build and sustain a strong creator ecosystem that drives high activity, retention, and collaboration depth.
- Develop and maintain trust-based, long-term partnerships with creators to strengthen brand advocacy.
- Coordinate product seeding, campaign rollouts, and creator collaboration timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Track creator performance metrics, including posting frequency, engagement, and content effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance creator output and improve overall GMV performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Instagram/Facebook influencer outreach, creator recruitment, or influencer management.
- Experience working with creators, affiliates, influencers, or social commerce campaigns.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and social platforms daily.
- Highly proactive, organized, and responsive.
- Strong understanding of social media culture and viral content trends.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Able to independently manage creator relationships and campaigns with minimal training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MCN agency experience is highly preferred.
- TikTok Shop affiliate experience is a huge plus.
- Experience managing creator communities or creator databases.
- Experience scaling viral products or affiliate campaigns.
- Familiar with creator negotiation and long-term creator retention.
