Role Overview
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end influencer and creator program. You will combine AI-powered outreach at scale with personalized relationship management, oversee the affiliate network via Superfiliate, activate campaigns through third-party platforms, and collaborate with performance marketing to amplify high-performing content. This role is high-visibility, high-ownership, and offers direct access to the founding team. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, highly organized, and excels in building and scaling creator programs in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)
- 3–5+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience with measurable outcomes.
- Proven success managing affiliate or ambassador programs.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ecosystems.
- Experience with whitelisting, Spark Ads, and paid content amplification.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and program performance.
- High-agency, proactive, and ambitious.
- Experience with TikTok Shop and running affiliate marketing on TikTok Shop
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Superfiliate.
- Background in health, wellness, fitness, or CPG.
- Experience coordinating with external agencies or managed-service platforms.
- Existing personal network of creators/influencers.
- Familiarity with AI-powered outreach and automation tools.
