TikTok Shop Affiliate & Growth Manager for US Make up Brand

We're building a creator-led growth engine on TikTok Shop and looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to own and scale our affiliate program.

In this role, you will be responsible for discovering, recruiting, and managing TikTok Shop affiliates, building strong creator relationships, and driving consistent revenue through high-performing creator partnerships. You will work closely with creators, manage affiliate outreach and communications, track performance metrics, and foster engaged creator communities.

What You'll Own

• Source & recruit high-converting TikTok Shop affiliates (Euka, Kalodata, Fastmoss)
• Execute outreach and manage creator onboarding at scale
• Oversee product seeding and inbound creator requests
• Track performance, optimize campaigns, and scale top creators
• Build and manage engaged creator communities (WhatsApp, Discord)
• Run weekly creator calls, challenges, and incentive programs

What We're Looking For

• 8–10 years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce – reporting to Head of Growth and managing affiliate coordinator
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop & Affiliate Center
• Strong understanding of what drives conversion on TikTok
• Experience with affiliate tools (Euka preferred; Kalodata/Fastmoss a plus)
• Highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused
• Strong communicator with a creator-first mindset
• Working US Hours
