We are looking for a dynamic and proactive KOL Supervisor to lead and expand our TikTok KOL marketing business in the Philippines local market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and managing partnerships with TikTok influencers to enhance brand awareness, user engagement, and ultimately drive sales growth in the local market. Currently, the KOL team at our China headquarters is responsible for all KOL collaborations in Philippines. We aim to establish a local KOL team and need a KOL Supervisor to help build and lead the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. KOL Strategy Development
• Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok influencer marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives, local market trends, and consumer insights.
• Plan marketing campaigns that effectively boost engagement, brand awareness, and conversion, with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
2. KOL Research & Identification
• Identify and collaborate with Philippines TikTok influencers—both top-tier and micro—who align with the brand's values, target audience, and goals.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends and emerging influencers to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the platform.
3. Campaign Execution & Management
• Lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing, content creation, final delivery, and performance analysis.
• Ensure that influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and overall marketing strategy.
4. Collaboration & Negotiation
• Negotiate contract terms, collaboration details, and compensation with influencers and influencer agencies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Work closely with internal teams (creative, PR, marketing) to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into the broader marketing strategy.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor the performance of TikTok influencer campaigns, track key metrics (such as engagement, reach, conversion), and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, ROI, and influencer impact analysis.
6. Community Building
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to foster loyalty and secure ongoing collaborations.
• Participate in community management, engage with influencers audiences, and ensure a positive brand reputation.
7. Market & Competitor Insights
• Monitor competitors influencer marketing strategies on TikTok and analyze trends in influencer marketing within the Philippines digital landscape.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve and adjust influencer marketing strategies.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in KOL/influencer marketing or management on TikTok (with supporting evidence). Familiarity with the TikTok ecosystem is preferred; experience collaborating with KOLs in the Philippines market and a network of local contacts are required.
2. Deep understanding of TikTok platform trends, dynamics, and best practices.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create viral content.
5. Proficiency in Philippines and English (both written and spoken).
6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Experience working with brands in lifestyle, fashion, or e-commerce industries.
8. An established network of TikTok influencers in Philippines.
