TikTok Live Engagement Specialist

We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable TikTok LIVE Chat Moderator to join a growing TikTok Shop creator agency based in Florida, USA.

You'll work behind the scenes during TikTok LIVE shopping sessions, helping hosts engage with viewers, highlight exciting products, share special offers, and keep the conversation positive and entertaining.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, has good communication skills, and wants to gain hands-on experience in the growing world of livestream shopping.

You don't need to be an experienced salesperson or appear on camera. If you're familiar with TikTok, quick to respond, and excited to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule

Part-Time | 10 Hours per Week | Work From Home

All times are in US Eastern Time (ET).

Team Meetings (2 hours weekly)

• Monday – 10:00 AM
• Wednesday – 9:30 AM

TikTok LIVE Sessions (8 hours weekly)

• Wednesday – 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Thursday – 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM
• Friday – 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Saturday – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Sunday – 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Schedules may occasionally change based on LIVE session activity and audience engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keep the chat lively! Welcome viewers, answer simple questions, and encourage positive conversations during LIVE sessions.
• Help showcase products. Pin featured items, highlight promotions, and guide interested viewers toward available shopping links.
• Support exciting LIVE activities. Assist with giveaways, special deals, and other fun activities that keep viewers engaged.
• Maintain a positive community. Monitor comments and help create a friendly, respectful environment.
• Work alongside LIVE hosts. Help hosts stay informed about viewer questions, featured products, and upcoming promotions.
• Share ideas. Help the team identify what viewers enjoy and suggest simple ways to improve future LIVE sessions.

What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with TikTok and how livestreams work.
• Friendly, positive, and engaging written communication.
• Comfortable interacting with people through online chat.
• Able to respond quickly and manage multiple chat conversations.
• Reliable internet connection and availability during scheduled LIVE sessions.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work with a supportive team.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience moderating livestreams or online communities.
• Customer service, online selling, or social media experience.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop products, promotions, or shopping features.
