Overview:
We're looking for a creative and strategic TikTok Content Specialist to help grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about short-form video content, understands current TikTok trends and algorithms, and can lead the full content process-from ideation to publishing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write engaging and on-brand TikTok scripts
- Attend and direct video shoots, ensuring strong storytelling and visual quality
- Collaborate closely with the video editor to bring concepts to life
- Manage posting schedule and upload all TikTok content
- Track content performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, sounds, and platform updates
- Communicate and coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to align with campaign goals
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing or creating TikTok content for a brand or personal Page
- Strong knowledge of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and best practices
- Proven experience in scriptwriting and directing short-form videos
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- Experience using TikTok analytics tools is a plus
