TikTok Affiliate Support

Role Objective

Builds and manages the affiliate engine that drives creator recruitment, content output, product sampling, and affiliate revenue - covering KOL/KOC outreach, affiliate outreach tools (Euka, Reacher, Kalodata, email campaigns), and Discord community coordination.

Daily Tasks

• Check Euka / Reacher automations and messaging performance.
• Prospect new creators aligned to brand goals (KOLs and KOCs, all levels).
• Send outreach and follow-up messages.
• Track creator status: contacted, replied, sampled, posted, converted.
• Answer creator questions on product, logistics, and expectations.
• Coordinate with the Operations Specialist on product / sample availability.

Weekly Tasks

• Refresh the creator target list
• Review affiliate funnel performance end-to-end.
• Identify creators to reactivate or upgrade to a higher tier.
• Report creator wins, drop-offs, and bottlenecks to the Brand Lead.
• Align with the ADS Executive on top creator content for paid amplification.

Monthly Tasks

• Review affiliate performance by product, creator tier, and campaign.
• Recommend changes to commission strategy, sampling strategy, or segmentation.
• Refresh outreach strategy and creator personas.
• Build a retention / re-engagement plan for top affiliates.
