TIKTOK AFFILIATE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - CONTRACTUAL

We are looking for a results-driven TikTok Affiliate Operations Specialist to support our end-to-end
affiliate marketing operations. In this role, you will be the primary engine for growth, responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with creators to drive sales within TikTok Shop.
Scope of Work (End-to-End)
1. Acquisition & Recruitment
- Proactively scout and recruit affiliates / creators that align with our brand.
- Manage the inbound application funnel and collaboration; screening and approving affiliates based on engagement metrics and content quality.
- Negotiate commission structures and targeted plans for high-potential affiliates.
2. Operations & Execution
- Coordinate the end-to-end sample fulfillment process: from request approval to delivery tracking.
- Provide affiliates with clear briefs/mechanics, USPs, and conversion-focused hooks.
- Execute backend setups: affiliate invites, setting up exclusive vouchers, and managing platform-specific Affiliate Centers in coordination and alignment with the Platform Manager and E-Commerce Director.
3. Retention & Community Management
- Act as the daily point of contact for our affiliate community, resolving queries regarding payouts or product details.
- Execute affiliate programs in tandem with the platform manager to keep affiliates engaged and motivated.
- Build and strengthen relationships of the affiliate community to foster long-term loyalty and repeat postings.
4. Intelligence & Monitoring
- Ensure 100% compliance of high-quality content submissions.
- Competitor Benchmarking
- Identify viral content trends to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
Candidate Profile
Experience and Expertise
- Proven experience in E-commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of affiliates and the creator economy and what makes a video sell.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (managing samples and data trackers).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for performance reporting.
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset in pursuit of operational and financial efficiency.
