Elevate FMCG is a UK-based digital growth agency specialising in Amazon and TikTok Shop management for consumer brands. We work with food, drink, and lifestyle brands to grow their online sales.
The Role
We're looking for a TikTok Affiliate Manager to handle creator outreach and affiliate coordination for our clients TikTok Shop accounts. You'll be the engine behind our affiliate programmes – finding creators, managing sample sends, tracking content, and building relationships that drive sales.
This is a hands-on, high-volume role. You'll be working across multiple brand accounts, reaching out to dozens of creators weekly, and keeping everything organised and moving.
Responsibilities
Creator Outreach
- Research and identify relevant TikTok creators for each client brand
- Send outreach messages via TikTok Shop affiliate platform and direct messages
- Follow up with creators who haven't responded
- Build and maintain target lists of creators by niche/category
Sample Coordination
- Manage sample requests from creators
- Coordinate with clients on sample inventory and shipping
- Track sample sends and chase creators for content
Affiliate Programme Management
- Add creators to client affiliate programmes
- Set up commission rates and track performance
- Monitor which creators are posting and generating sales
- Flag top performers and underperformers
Reporting & Admin
- Maintain tracker of all outreach, samples, and content
- Provide weekly updates on affiliate activity
- Document processes and suggest improvements
Requirements
Must Have
- Experience with TikTok Shop and the TikTok affiliate platform
- Excellent written English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience with creator outreach and relationship management
- Comfortable working independently and managing own workload
- Reliable internet and home office setup
- Available to overlap with UK hours (at least 3–4 hours daily)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with FMCG or consumer brands
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools
