Job Description
- Assist TIG welder in setting up welding equipment and materials
- Clean and prepare metal surfaces before welding
- Hold, position, or clamp workpieces during welding
- Carry and organize tools, filler rods, and parts needed for the welder
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure use of proper PPE
- Perform post-weld cleaning such as grinding or polishing if required
- Follow all instructions from welder or supervisor precisely
- Support in loading/unloading materials or moving fabricated parts
- At least high school graduate or with vocational/technical training
- Familiarity with basic welding processes (SMAW, MIG, TIG) is an advantage
- Knowledge in handling welding tools and equipment
- Physically fit /strong
- Hardworking
- Good Personality/Team Player
- Willing to work in Imus, Cavite
