Job Description

  • Assist TIG welder in setting up welding equipment and materials
  • Clean and prepare metal surfaces before welding
  • Hold, position, or clamp workpieces during welding
  • Carry and organize tools, filler rods, and parts needed for the welder
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
  • Monitor safety procedures and ensure use of proper PPE
  • Perform post-weld cleaning such as grinding or polishing if required
  • Follow all instructions from welder or supervisor precisely
  • Support in loading/unloading materials or moving fabricated parts
  • At least high school graduate or with vocational/technical training
  • Familiarity with basic welding processes (SMAW, MIG, TIG) is an advantage
  • Knowledge in handling welding tools and equipment
  • Physically fit /strong
  • Hardworking
  • Good Personality/Team Player
  • Willing to work in Imus, Cavite
