Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field (required)
Minimum 8 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with at least 3 years in a threat management, vulnerability management, or security operations leadership role
Proven experience managing vulnerability programs across complex enterprise environments including cloud and hybrid infrastructure
Track record of leading cybersecurity incident response for high-severity events
Experience working within regulated industries (banking, fintech, telco, healthcare, or similar) is a strong advantage
Prior experience presenting to C-suite or board-level stakeholders on cybersecurity risk posture
Strong expertise in vulnerability scanning tools: Tenable Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7 InsightVM, or equivalent
Proficiency with SIEM platforms: Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, or equivalent
Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR platforms: CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, or equivalent
Working knowledge of cloud security posture management (CSPM) tools and cloud-native security services (AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, GCP Security Command Center)
Understanding of networking fundamentals, firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and zero-trust architecture
Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework, OWASP Top 10, and CVSS scoring
