We're Hiring: Thai Bilingual Process Associate for an Airline Account!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in both English and Thai.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the customer management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer needs.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to deliver accurate and up-to-date information.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least college undergraduate or Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
- High level of and proven experience in both Written & Spoken in Thai and English Language.
- Preferably with good English-Speaking skills with 1-2 years experience in customer service.
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours.
