Job Description

We're Hiring: Thai Bilingual Process Associate for an Airline Account!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in both English and Thai.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the customer management system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer needs.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to deliver accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be at least college undergraduate or Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
  • High level of and proven experience in both Written & Spoken in Thai and English Language.
  • Preferably with good English-Speaking skills with 1-2 years experience in customer service.
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours.
