The Texting Agent is a contractor role and is responsible for driving first-touch communication with seller leads and investor prospects through outbound SMS campaigns. You will help nurture early engagement, identify intent signals, and seamlessly route high-intent leads to our Lead Managers (LMs) or follow-up systems.
This role directly impacts pipeline velocity, appointment setting, and overall deal flow.
Responsibilities
- Send high-volume outbound SMS messages using approved scripts
- Respond quickly to inbound replies and qualify leads
- Tag leads accurately in Salesforce and follow internal workflows
- Identify motivated sellers, nurture opportunities, and high-urgency prospects
- Support our Acquisition's team by creating clean, qualified handoffs
- Maintain compliance with TCPA and internal opt-out policies
- Maintaining each client's Raw Data Masterfile, including deduplication and building formulas to identify mobile numbers
Requirements
- MUST HAVE: Own Laptop/Computer (Min 10mbps internet and 3cores cpu /4gb RAM)
- MUST HAVE: Has reliable BACK-UP for both internet and electricity
- MUST HAVE: Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong written communication and fast typing
- Highly organized and consistent with hitting daily/weekly KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple conversations at once
- Prior experience in SMS outreach, customer service, or real estate a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce is helpful but not required
