Currently on-the-hunt for a new & exciting opportunity IT Managers is looking for a driven Test Manager to join our team! We're looking for someone to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the ITG Quality Framework, SDLC standards, and TCOE testing processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Development Leads, Platform Owners, and stakeholders to support quality delivery and resource planning.
- Design, review, and document test scenarios, SIT test plans, and UAT plans covering integration points across system modules.
- Conduct testing kick-off meetings, walkthroughs, defect management, test reporting, and release/version control activities.
- Manage and oversee test automation implementation, including monitoring automation scripts and maintaining testing metrics.
For qualified candidates, we're looking for someone who has:
- At least (8) years of experience as a Test Manager/Lead with strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- At least 1 year of hands-on testing experience in Databricks and data-driven projects.
- Experience in automation testing, including effort estimation and providing status updates for automation scripts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and contribute innovative ideas to improve testing processes.
