Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead QA initiatives across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in test management, automation testing, insurance domain, and complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) management. The candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing testing teams, driving automation adoption, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects.
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including:
- Requirement Analysis
- Test Planning
- Test Design
- Test Execution
- Defect Management
- Test Reporting
- Test Closure
- Drive automation testing initiatives to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Review automation frameworks and ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Track testing progress, risks, defects, and provide status reports to leadership.
- Mentor and manage QA teams, including manual and automation engineers.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing methodologies.
- Participate in release planning, production validation, and post-release support.
