Test Manager

Job Summary

The role is responsible for providing support to Portfolio and Project Management Division Head in ensuring an effective over-all management for all testing activities assigned to the Department. This covers capacity planning to ensure allocation of resources and test phase health check monitoring to ensure that testing phase is completed on time, within scope, within budget and certified quality prior production implementation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in test analysis and design experience and at least 5 years of leading a small to medium sized testing team
• Experienced in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies Experienced in Test Automation Techniques and Tools Programmer experience is an advantage
• Experience in a banking industry is an advantage
• Operational experience in any SW Testing Model (CMMi, TMMi, TMAP, etc.) Testing certification is an advantage (ISTQB, ISEB, TMAP, etc.)
• Well-versed in all test levels, types, and techniques
• Knowledgeable and experienced in any Test Management Tool (HP ALM, IBM Rational, etc.)
• Knowledgeable and experienced in any Test Automation Tool (HP QTP, IBM FT, Selenium, etc.)
