Responsibilities
- Define and own the test strategy, scope, and approach for Cards transformation and platform initiatives.
- Govern functional testing across SIT, UAT, Acceptance Testing, and Visa certification phases.
- Coordinate testing activities with business, product, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Manage defect triage, prioritization, resolution tracking, and quality reporting.
- Monitor testing progress, risks, and readiness for platform go-live and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with testing governance, quality standards, and scheme certification requirements.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Testing, QA, or Test Management within banking or payments.
- Strong experience with Cards Issuing, Cards Acquiring, and Cards Platform implementations.
- Proven expertise in Functional Testing, Test Governance, Acceptance Testing, and Defect Management.
- Hands-on experience supporting Visa certification and scheme-related testing activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Experience delivering successful product launches and platform go-lives in the Cards domain.
