We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Test Lead to oversee the testing lifecycle of ServiceNow platform implementations, enhancements, and upgrades. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, managing testing activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust ServiceNow solutions. This role requires both hands-on testing experience and strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end testing efforts for ServiceNow projects, including functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and use cases, ensuring adequate test coverage.
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with project objectives and scope.
Manage the ServiceNow test team, providing guidance and support to testers.
Coordinate and execute test cycles in ServiceNow, track defects, and work closely with the development team for resolution.
Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or third-party tools to implement automated testing where applicable.
Monitor and report on testing progress, key metrics, and quality trends.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and contribute to the overall maturity of the QA function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with 2+ years in a Test Lead role, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) and workflows.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF or other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) is a plus.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
Familiarity with JIRA, ALM, or similar test management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in leading offshore/remote QA teams is an advantage.

Shift Must be available in Mid shift OR night shift
Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work (in Paranaque for early-mid 2025, but will eventually move to BGC office last quarter of 2025 to start of 2026).
Location is in Paranaque
The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
