About the Role:
The Test Quality Management Lead exists to establish, govern, and continuously improve enterprise-wide testing quality standards, ensuring consistent, compliant, and audit-ready delivery across all programs. The role defines QA policies and frameworks, drives test maturity and capability assessments, and provides leadership with clear, data-driven insights through metrics, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to proactively manage risk and quality outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define, maintain, and evolve standardized test processes, templates, policies, and QA standards across programs and teams.
- Own governance models to ensure consistent adoption and alignment with enterprise quality objectives.
- Key decisions: Approval of QA standards, process exceptions, and framework updates. Success measures: Percentage adherence to QA standards, reduction in process deviations, audit pass rate
- Monitor compliance with enterprise QA frameworks through regular reviews and audits, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits. Enforce QA policies and track gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
- Key decisions: Audit findings classification, remediation prioritization, escalation of non-compliance.
- Success measures: Audit findings closure rate, zero critical audit issues, compliance score improvement.
Qualifications:
- Define and maintain standardized test processes and templates.
- Ensure governance model adherence, audit readiness, and policy enforcement.
- Conduct test maturity assessments, capability reviews, and process audits.
- Have worked in Banking and Financial Industry
- Knowledgeable on Retail Banking Products such as Loans, Deposits, and Partnership.
