Position Summary: The Test Environment and Data Enablement Head provide enterprisewide leadership in governing all test environments and test data used across IT delivery. The role ensures stability, availability, security, and compliance of nonproduction systems to support development, testing, and service transition activities. It drives strategic capacity planning, implements robust data privacy and masking controls, and oversees readiness of environments required for major projects and deployments. As the primary accountability owner within IT Service Transition, the Head ensures seamless releases, minimized production risks, and fully compliant test data processes.
Key Responsibilitie
- sDefine enterprise-wide strategy, standards, and governance frameworks for Test Environment Management (TEM) and Test Data Management (TDM)
- .Oversee longterm environment capacity planning aligned with the organization's digital and technology roadmap
- .Establish policies and controls for security, masking, data privacy compliance, and nonproduction environment operations
- .Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of all test and development environments across the lifecycle
- .Lead environment provisioning, refresh cycles, maintenance, scheduling, and decommissioning activities
- .Oversee test data provisioning, synthetic data generation, masking processes, and adherence to regulatory requirements
- .Partner with Release, Change, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and QE teams to ensure environment and data readiness for deployments
- .Manage risk assessments related to environment conflicts, data gaps, integration issues, and crosssystem dependencies
- .Serve as process owner for audit requirements, ensuring evidence, compliance, and remediation for nonproduction environment and data controls
- .Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and specialists, fostering operational discipline, continuous improvement, and service excellence

- nsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fiel
- d.At least 10 years of experience in test environment management, infrastructure coordination, or enterprise test data managemen
- t.Strong knowledge of environment provisioning, data provisioning, synthetic data generation, data masking, and nonproduction security control
- s.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple technical and business team
- s.Deep understanding of cloud platforms, data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA), and compliance requirements impacting test environment
