Job Description
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and non-functional testing within the SIT environment
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve the automation test suite, ensuring alignment with defined automation strategies and approaches
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Framework and adherence to SDLC and established testing processes throughout the test lifecycle Plan, schedule, and control automation testing
- in line with project timelines, budget, and overall testing effort estimates
- Define, monitor, and report automation testing metrics, ensuring team performance meets agreed quality and productivity standards
- Analyze non-functional requirements and clarify gaps by engaging stakeholders to ensure complete understanding and test coverage
- Create and manage test data, execute automated test runs, and support defect lifecycle activities including logging, retesting, and providing detailed test evidence
- Prepare daily/weekly test status reports and collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business users to ensure smooth delivery
