Test Data Management Analyst / Data Quality Analyst (Senior to Lead level)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Test Data Facilitator to support our End-to-End (E2E) chain testing efforts. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the right test data is available, accurate, and timely for each test scenario. As there is currently no standardized Test Data Management (TDM) service in place, the facilitator will help shape the approach and processes from the ground up.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the E2E Chain Test Lead to understand and document test data requirements.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to source, prepare, and validate test data for E2E testing.
• Identify and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies that may impact test execution.
• Maintain clear documentation of test data sets, sources, and usage protocols.
• Provide hands-on support during test execution, including troubleshooting data-related issues.
• Contribute to the development of a scalable and sustainable test data strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
• Must have at least 8+ years of strong technical capabilities in data handling (e.g., SQL, Excel, data mapping).
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in software testing or test coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and data flows is advantageous
• Background in QA, data analysis, or IT operations.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Exposure to test data management tools or frameworks.
• Must be amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3am to 12am or 4pm to 1am)
• Must be amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2-3x a week RTO in Makati office)
