Test Automation Engineer (Python)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.

- Execute test cases and analyze results.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Expert proficiency in Python.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium.

- Strong understanding of software testing principles.

- Experience in test automation frameworks.

- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools.

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues effectively.

Good to have skills:

• Strong Python programming skills – writing clean, modular, and object-oriented code.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, including libraries like SeleniumLibrary, RequestsLibrary, etc.
• Expertise in exception handling within Robot Framework and Python scripts.
• Deep understanding of locator strategies – XPath, CSS Selectors, dynamic element identification, etc.
• Experience in analyzing test failures and debugging issues efficiently.
• Background in Salesforce application – Good to have

Number of years experiences needed: At least 3 years

Shift Schedule: 9pm- 7am

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x per week

Location (During onsite): Cybergate Tower 2, Mandaluyong City
