Test Automation Engineer (Playwright)

As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves utilizing quality processes and automation methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end quality engineering function with an emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing within the development lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Document testing processes and results clearly to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them through automation.
• Support the team in adopting best practices and emerging trends in test automation.

Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Playwright.
• Proficiency in Automated Testing, Selenium, Functional Test Planning.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated test cases for web applications.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software delivery.
