Responsible for the identification, creation, and maintenance of tools and scripts within the group to introduce efficiencies.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify automation opportunities in IT Infrastructure and Operations which will result to efficiency gains.
- Explore and recommend automation tools that will be used as enterprise-wide solutions by the bank.
- Implement automation solutions from ideation phase up to production deployment.
- Manage, maintain and support automation solutions including but not limited to version standardization and upgrade, production issue support and support coordination with vendors.
- Monitor license requirement for tools.
- Own and build the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline
- Provide roll outs and on-boarding assistance to tools and scripts.
- Create process on how automation tools and scripts will be used.
- Create technical design documents, troubleshooting guides and user manuals on tools and scripts.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering or business.
- At least 5 years of experience in test automation.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
