Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves utilizing quality processes and automation methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end quality engineering function with an emphasis on automation to ensure improved control, accuracy, and integrity of deliverables. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of testing frameworks are integral parts of the daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation processes. - Continuously evaluate and optimize existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability. - Document and communicate testing outcomes and insights to support decision-making. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative testing approaches. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Health Data Interoperability, Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR). - Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements to develop effective testing strategies. - Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to validate system functionalities. - Familiarity with quality assurance best practices and methodologies to ensure high standards of product delivery. - Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation tools and testing environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Manila office.
