YOUR ROLE
Role
Lead Test and Finishing process engineering group to support daily line operation and spearhead improvement actions to address various shopfloor or customer issues and concerns. Part of your role are the following:
- Yield monitoring and improvement
- Line support & daily operations – validation, investigation, analysis & lot disposition
- Hold lots monitoring, review and MRB facilitation
- Customer Incident (CI) and excursion handling
- 8D handling and review
- PCMS handling for process-related initiated changes
- Shopfloor personnel Process Qualification
- NVA reduction & process simplification
- NPI qualification Support
- Anti-mixing controls establishment
- Internal & External Audit preparations
- PFMEA ownership (Review and management)
- Control Plans - review and alignment with Process Control Team
- OCAP review and management
- TnF Specs and General Operating Procedure
- Process Work Instructions – creation, review and management
- TFI review and approval
- SPC monitoring & Process Capability Study
- Error Proofing controls establishment
Your Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably Electronics or other related engineering sciences
- 5 years minimum experience in a test manufacturing environment as a process engineer is an advantage
- Extensive knowledge and use of microsoft office software (excel, powerpoint, word, etc) & big data analysis software (power BI, etc)
- English business proficiency in writing and presenting
- Semiconductor / electronics test - Device testing, ATE familiarity, final test
- Test process development - Test flow definition, test procedure creation, process optimization, yield improvement, reduction of test time
- Data analysis - Statistical analysis, SPC, Pareto analysis, trend analysis, failure analysis, yield monitoring
- Quality / manufacturing tools - FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, CAPA, 5 Why, fishbone analysis
- Documentation - Writing test specs, process instructions, validation reports, change control documentation
- Industry standards - automotive quality methods, ISO/IATF exposure, SPC/lean manufacturing
- Strong analytical thinking, structured troubleshooting, ability to isolate root causes
- Clear reporting of issues, ability to explain technical topics to non-specialists
- Working with design, product, quality, manufacturing, and vendors
- Proactive follow-up, accountability, driving issues to closure
- Handling changing priorities, production constraints, and fast-paced environments
- Managing multiple test issues, deadlines, and ramp-up activities
- Looking for cycle-time reduction, yield improvement, cost reduction
- Supporting production issues and urgent escalations calmly and effectively
