Main Responsibility
The Territory Sales Supervisor – HPL Special Projects is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market for High Pressure Laminates (HPL) across all channels, including B2B, Modern Trade (MT), project-based, and other non-traditional segments.
This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and coordinating closely with internal teams such as sales and logistics. The position plays a critical role in strengthening and growing the overall HPL category sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management – HPL Special Projects
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive HPL revenue growth.
- Identify, acquire, and manage B2B accounts, including contractors, developers, fabricators, and institutional clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets for HPL products.
- Market Development – Project & Alternative Channels
- Develop and expand distribution channels for HPL products.
- Identify and penetrate new markets, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional projects.
- Propose and implement promotional strategies to increase product awareness within the project segment.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, plant, logistics, and importation) to ensure:
- Product availability and accurate lead times
- Efficient order processing and timely delivery schedules
- Alignment with technical requirements and specifications
- Proper handling of sample requests and approvals
- Address client concerns and ensure smooth project execution from initial inquiry to completion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, laminates, furniture boards, or related industries
- Strong background in HPL selling is required
- Experience working with architects, contractors, developers, and fabricators is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with Odoo is a plus)
