Job Description

Our client is a MNC that specialized in providing pipe and fittings system for the fire protection industry. They are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for their PH business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with Owners, Consultants, and Contractors to promote the company's products and system solutions for commercial and industrial projects.
  • Secure product and system approvals by influencing project specifications and driving acceptance among key decision-makers.
  • Execute territory development initiatives through technical presentations, seminars, training programs, product demonstrations, and ongoing technical support.
  • Oversee and support local distributors to ensure effective coordination, accurate communication, and timely dissemination of market and product information.
  • Conduct regular project site visits to monitor installation activities, provide technical assistance, and train contractors and installers on proper application and installation procedures.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales activity reports, market feedback, competitor analysis, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience in construction-related products, engineering systems, or building solutions.
  • Candidate must be based in Manila.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Background or exposure in the fire protection and piping industry is highly preferred; candidates must also demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire technical product knowledge.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, independent, and highly motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across all levels of the industry.
