About the Role

The Territory Sales Head is responsible for ensuring that sales targets and objectives are met. Manage and develop the Bancassurance Division Managers and Bancassurance Area Managers under assigned team to ensure that the assigned Key Results Area (KRAs) are met or exceeded. The role will also be directly responsible for ensuring close collaboration with back office in support of in branch sales as it relates to operations and productivity

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key bank counterpart. Regularly meet with bank division heads to discuss performance, plans, initiatives and concerns
  • Conducts regular review and closely monitors performance of assigned Bancassurance Division Managers and Bancassurance Area Managers
  • Motivates, trains, coaches Bancassurance Division Managers and Bancassurance Area Managers as necessary to produce excellent results
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Ensure optimal headcount of BSEs, BAMs and BDMs
  • Disciplines erring staff in matters that relate to compliance, code of conduct and market conduct guidelines
  • Recommend appropriate incentive programs for the sales team and the bank referrers to the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing
  • Assures delivery of quality service at all client contact points including complaints and coordination with back room supporting departments

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • At least 5 years experience in Sales Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Computer savvy
