Job Description

Own the Territory. Move the Market.

Fortem is looking for a Territory Sales Executive to drive growth and strengthen market presence across Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela, and Quirino. This role is responsible for developing dealer networks, expanding distribution reach, and achieving territory sales targets through disciplined field execution.

The position is ideal for sales professionals who have managed provincial territories, built relationships with hardware dealers or distributors, and successfully handled high-volume, distribution-driven product lines. Strong familiarity with construction materials or similar fast-moving distribution products will enable faster impact in this role.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and grow assigned territory sales in Cagayan Valley
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with hardware dealers, distributors, contractors, and key accounts
  • Expand product distribution coverage and ensure consistent stock availability across outlets
  • Execute trade programs, promotions, and pricing strategies within the territory
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing movements, and market trends
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure visibility, merchandising standards, and dealer engagement
  • Drive collection efficiency and coordinate closely with Finance on receivables
  • Prepare territory sales forecasts and weekly activity reports
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential sub-distributors within the area

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 24 years of field sales experience managing a provincial territory
  • Demonstrated experience handling construction materials, building supplies, or distribution-heavy product lines is highly advantageous
  • Strong background in dealer management, distributor coordination, and territory expansion
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and regular travel within Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela, and Quirino
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and account management skills
  • Familiar with credit control coordination and basic sales reporting
